Initiation Fees Membership in Sunset Ridge Racquet and Swim Club is presently available only to residents of the Sunset Ridge neighborhoods. Non-members are welcome to participate in all clinics, camps and other programs. We have several options available for memberships. The one-time initiation fee for membership is non-transferrable and is subject to change at any time.
* Single - Only 1 person can reside in the household. **Empty Nester - Only 2 people can reside in the household and one of them must be over 55.
