Group Body Strengthening

Monday and Friday mornings 8:30am-9:30am

North Aquatic Center

Body strengthening is a weight training class using weighted barbells, dumbbells, and dynabands to accommodate a wide range of fitness levels. The goal of the class is improving overall muscular strength and endurance. Additionally, the workout will include moving your joints through a range of motion with a controlled and concentrated effort. This class also increases body awareness to leave you relaxed and rejuvenated.  Your instructor may incorporate some techniques based
on Yoga and Pilates.

East Meets West Workout

Wednesday mornings 8:30am-9:30am

North Aquatic Center

Begin your day with Qi Gong, a simple yet energizing ancient practice. Then blend Tai Chi and yoga movements with western non-impact aerobics for a new and stimulating cardio workout. Class will conclude with effective stretch and relaxations techniques. Come join East Meets West for optimal health and fun.
