Aquatic Center & Sunset Oaks Clubhouse
may only be rented during weeks that the pools are not open.
Individual renting clubhouse must be at least 25 years old. All
youth parties, age 21 and under, must be chaperoned by a minimum of
one adult per eight youths.
Person renting the facility must be present during the entire event
and that person must make the payment. Any non-compliance with this
requirement will result in complete forfeiture of deposit.
Deposit must be paid at the time of application. The balance is
due thirty days prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations must be
made thirty days prior to the scheduled event to avoid forfeiture
of your deposit.
A separate refundable damage and clean-up deposit is also due at
application. This deposit will be refunded after satisfactory inspection
of facility (this includes facility, grounds, parking lot, return
of the signed checklist, and return of key).
No nails, picture hangers, or tape are allowed on the walls.
All personal belongings must be removed by 8:00 am on the morning
following rental.
No bands or DJs will be permitted on the Clubhouse deck or surrounding
areas.
Alcohol may be served but not sold.
A telephone is not available in the Clubhouse. We suggest you provide
a portable cellular phone for your use during rental.
The renter is responsible for seeing that all exterior doors are
locked when the function has ended. Failure to completely lock up
will result in the total loss of your deposit.
No smoking in Clubhouse.
Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise down.
Key may be picked up the day prior to the event and returned the next day.
Set up and clean up time is included in the time you sign up for.
