2008 Pool Party Rental Policies

 

Private Pool Party Rentals

• A club member may rent the South Pool for a private pool function. The pool hours for private parties occur after regular pool hours on evenings not in conflict with any other club function:

• All rules & policies in effect during regular pool hours shall be in effect during private parties.

• The minimum pool rental charges include:
  • Utilities (electricity and water)
  • Two lifeguards on duty during entire party
  • A maximum of 50 guests

• There is an additional fee for each additional 25 guests.

• An additional fee will also apply if alcohol will be present.

• A refundable cleanup deposit is required. If lifeguards have to clean up, entire deposit is forfeited.

• A reservation form must be completed together with a check for all applicable fees at least seven days prior to the date of the party. Reservation forms may be downloaded in PDF form.

Birthday Party Rental Policies

SMALL PARTIES DURING SELECTED POOL HOURS

(ONLY FOR CHILDREN 13 AND UNDER)

 

 

LOCATION:     Aquatic Center _____          Sunset Oaks _____ 

   (After August 1st Pool Parties will only be held at the Sunset Oaks pool)

 

AVAILABLE:     ______     TUESDAY     from 10:00 am - 12:00 noon

                            ______     THURSDAY  from 10:00 am - 12:00 noon

                            ______     SATURDAY  from 10:00am - 12:00 noon to

                                                                     6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

                            ______     SUNDAY       from   6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

 

 

• All birthday parties scheduled during regular pool hours may not disrupt normal operations.

• An adult club member may schedule birthday parties for children 13 and under during selected pool operating hours.  This member must be present during the entire function, be responsible for those attending and their conduct, personally pay all fees & deposits, and take responsibility for any damage to club property.

• All pool rules & policies are in effect and must be followed by all in attendance.

• A maximum of 30 guests may attend and all names must be listed on the reservation form.

• A clean-up deposit of $50.00 must be made by separate check and will be forfeited if guards have to clean up.

• Only one party may be scheduled during the selected party time.

• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.

• If weather becomes a factor, the party may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund.

• A reservation form must be completed and received along with a check for all applicable fees at least seven days prior to the date of the party.  Reservation forms may be downloaded in PDF form.  \

Glass bottles or containers are not permitted

inside the pool area at any time.
