FIT Tennis is a great way to get your day's workout in along with your tennis all in one.

This 1 hour workout is taught in a clinic format mixing all together:

• fast-paced drills
• aerobic exercises
• strength-training
• and conditioning

What impact does your USTA level have on an open drill like this? None!

The great thing about FIT tennis is that it accommodates players of all levels at the same time on the same court.

FIT Tennis Policies

* Please plan to attend every class or find a substitute if you cannot attend. (Contact the Pro Shop 558-0000, ext. 0 for a list of subs. ) Since the classes are limited and geared toward very small groups, your absence is really noticed!

*The substitute does not pay at the Pro Shop.

*No credit is given to you for missed classes.

*Make arrangements with your substitute regarding whether they reimburse you for taking your place in the class.
