Men's Skills & Drills Workouts

The Men's Saturday morning Workout is designed for those interested in exercising, drilling and playing.  The first 30 minutes will focus on on-court tennis drills.  The last 30 minutes is competition style games and playing.  The Workout is a good way to exercise and still have fun.

Saturday Mornings from 9:00am to 10:00am.

Cost is $10.00 per Workout

The Wednesday evening Workout is a warm-up for Evening Quads. The workout consists of drills working on the forehand, backhand, volley, overhead, and serve.

Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm-7:00pm.

The cost is $5.00 per Workout.
